We want you to be happy with Spill It!. If you're not, getting a refund is simple.

14-Day Full Refund

If you purchase a license and you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

This applies to both one-time purchases and annual subscriptions.

For a direct-download purchase, email [email protected] with your Paddle order number. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear on the original payment method. Mac App Store purchases are billed and refunded by Apple; request those refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Offline transcription is free and unlimited — no word limit, no time limit, no signup. Take as long as you want before deciding if AI polish is worth it. There's no pressure and no trial clock.

Annual Subscriptions

• Cancel a direct-download annual subscription in the Paddle billing dashboard, or a Mac App Store subscription in your Apple Account's App Store subscription settings.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep AI polish access until the end of your paid period. After that, AI polish is disabled but offline transcription continues working — unlimited, forever.
